Packs are bought once and never expire. Your monthly Sparks are used first, so a pack only starts going down when they run out. Max subscribers pay 20% less. While the founding offer is open, every pack is half price.

Questions about paying
The unit a run costs. A typical document takes 30 to 80 Sparks, depending on how long it is and which model writes it, and a deep run shows its cost before it starts. Free’s 300 is enough for a handful of documents; Pro’s 10,000 covers a busy month.
Pro starts with 7 days free and 1,500 Sparks. A card is required. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you pay nothing; otherwise Pro begins and the first payment is taken. Max has no trial: it is paid from the first day, with its 25,000 Sparks straight away.
Yes. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. What you made stays yours to open and export.
Within 14 days of a payment, if you haven’t used PikoPM since that payment. A Sparks pack can be refunded if none of its Sparks have been spent. The refund policy has the details.
The first 100 people to take Pro pay $12 a month, for as long as they stay on Pro. It never goes up for them.
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle runs the checkout, sends your invoice and handles sales tax.
No. Most tools work from what you type, paste or upload. Connect Jira when you want live data; nothing changes there without your approval.
