You must be 18 or over

PikoPM is a professional tool for adults. You may use it only if you are 18 or over, and creating an account means you confirm that you are. It is not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.

The stage we are at

PikoPM is new. Features change, break and occasionally disappear. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time, and you should not rely on it for anything you cannot afford to lose or redo.

Until PikoPM takes payments, nothing is charged and no card is asked for. Paid plans open soon. Until then, Pro and Max can be chosen at no charge from Billing. Choosing one is not a purchase. The section on paying below applies only to a plan or Sparks you buy at checkout.

Your work is yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into PikoPM and everything it produces for you. We claim no rights over your documents, and we do not use them to train models. See the privacy page for what we store and why.

Connected accounts

When you connect Jira, Slack or anything else, PikoPM acts as you, with the permission you granted. It writes to a connected system only when you ask it to: when you press the button for it, approve a change it proposes, or set up an AI agent or a schedule to post for you. A change to Jira is shown to you and waits for your approval first. You are responsible for having the right to connect the account you connect, and for what you send and approve.

What the AI produces

PikoPM writes drafts. Like any model, it can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters before you send it to your team, your director or your customers. Scores and figures that PikoPM computes from what you give it are calculated in code rather than written by a model.

Fair use

Use PikoPM for your own product work. Do not resell access, try to extract the underlying models, run automated load against it, or use it to produce anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and we will say why.

Surveys are for adults too. Do not send a survey made with PikoPM to children, or use one to collect answers or personal details from anyone under 18. You are responsible for who you send your surveys to.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles questions about a charge.

• Plans. There is a free plan, and paid plans billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page and at checkout, plus any tax that applies.
• Free trial. Once checkout is open, Pro can start with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan's price is charged when it ends. Max has no trial: it is paid from the first day.
• Renewal. A paid plan renews automatically, on the same date every month or every year, and is charged to the payment method on file until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, in Billing, under Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan, where your documents stay and every tool that does not use Sparks keeps working, with the free plan's monthly Sparks for the rest. You can change your mind and resume until that date.
• Refunds. A payment can be refunded within 14 days if you have not used PikoPM since you made it; once you have, it is not refundable. The details are on the refunds page.
• Sparks packs are one-off purchases. Bought Sparks do not expire while you have an account.
• Founding price. If you subscribed at a founding price, you keep it for as long as your subscription continues. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
• Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel before then.
• A failed payment. Paddle tries your card again over the following days. If it still cannot be charged, your subscription ends and you move to the free plan.

Copyright and taking things down

Only put into PikoPM what you have the right to use. If you share a document, a survey or a file, you are responsible for what is in it.

If something shared through PikoPM uses your work without permission, write to hello@pikopm.com with: your name and contact details; the work you say is being copied; the link to where it appears on PikoPM; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you own the work or may act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

We take the material down or block access to it promptly, keep a record of the notice, and tell the person who shared it. If they believe it was taken down by mistake, they can send us a counter-notice, and we follow the process the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act sets out. We close the accounts of people who infringe again and again.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that does not pay, or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud. If we stop running PikoPM, we will give you notice and a way to take your documents with you.
